NY Cloud Solutions is Nitin and Yuvika Aggarwal — two principal consultants who have spent over two decades each inside the systems that run banks, enterprises and fast-growing products. Founded in 2015, deliberately kept small ever since.

Nitin has spent 20+ years designing and delivering enterprise systems for some of the most demanding organisations in the UK — including Tier 1 banks such as HSBC and Lloyds. His expertise sits at the intersection of enterprise architecture, payments and Open Banking, API strategy and AWS cloud infrastructure.

He is also a founder-operator: he builds and runs AI-powered SaaS products, including AI agents serving real users in production today. That means his AI advice is grounded in operating reality — model costs, evaluation, governance and all the things that never appear in a vendor deck.

Principal — Salesforce & CRM Architecture

Yuvika is a senior Salesforce and CRM consultant and architect with over 20 years of experience across enterprise implementations. She leads CRM transformation end to end — requirements, data modelling, integration with backend systems, reporting infrastructure and operational rollout.

Her focus is CRM that people actually use: implementations that fit the enterprise architecture around them and deliver measurable commercial outcomes, not shelfware.
